Conquilla was established in 2018 just outside of Barcelona with a mission to share the elegance and character of our sparkling wines with the world. From the start, our focus has been on crafting premium Cava that reflects the terroir of Catalunya’s renowned Penedès Valley.

Our vineyards are nestled in the rolling hills of Penedès, where the Mediterranean climate and clay-limestone soils provide ideal conditions for cultivating the region’s finest grapes. Each bottle of Conquilla Cava is crafted using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), ensuring elegance, complexity, and consistency in every sip.

We are committed to sustainable practices that care for the land and reduce our environmental impact. From maintaining permanent cover crops that foster biodiversity to aging our wines in a naturally cool, solar-powered cellar, every step of our process is guided by a respect for the environment and a focus on quality.
